Hi. Our Crostolo has just arrived and it looks lovely, thought it's not in situ yet as it's worth noting it doesn't stand up on its own. We were surprised that doesn't come with the round base to bolt it onto (as shown in the picture under the water's surface). It comes attached to a triangular plate with holes in it so you can bolt it to... something & as well as the something you need to get three bolts too. Waterfeatures2go comment. Sorry for your shortage, the concrete base and bolts will be with you on ASAP. Hope you enjoy your fountain.
