First product arrived damaged, got replacement product quickly. Easy to install. Make sue you leave it soaked in water for 24 hours to allow the wood to expand, otherwise it may leak like mine did. Overall, very satisfied with product.

Now that is what I call service. I ordered this item at 3:50 p.m. on the 25th February, and it was delivered at 7:30 a.m. on the 26th. Pity you don't get that kind of service all around
