Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, depending upon the size and weight of the parcel it will either have been shipped with the royal mail, one of our parcel carriers, or if it is over 50kg then it will have been shipped through our pallet network.
To help to simplify the delivery procedure, once an item has been dispatched waterfeatures2go email customers consignment numbers so that they can check the progress of a delivery without the hassle of having to call us. Your shipping number can be identified on the order confirmation you received by email. In order to work out which carrier we have used to ship your consignment, please view the first number in the tracking code, then follow the corresponding carrier’s link to track the parcel directly from their website.
