How quickly will I get my order?

Each product that we sell has a clear indication of when you can expect delivery its outlined in the product details section of each product. Often we'll despatch the same day you order. However please contact us if you require items sooner. There may be additional charges for next day delivery.

What kind of Guarantee will I get?

All our products have a comprehensive manufacturers 12 month guarantee. We also want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item to us within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging. Please check our returns policy for full details.

How can I pay?

We take Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Paypal, BACS / Direct transfer (please call for details) - just about everything except American Express!

What's the returns policy?

If you don't like it - just let us know within 7 days of receiving it and send it straight back to us. Click here to read more about our 'No Quibble' returns policy. Please note items must be unused and not made to order. Please use the online form to request a return number for an item, without return number we are unable to activate refunds.

Our website is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We utilise the latest security technology to ensure that all transactions on our website are totally safe. Where's my order?

If you haven't received your order, please check the anticipated delivery time in product details section in the product description in the website. In the unlikely event that this time has been exceeded, please check with your neighbours in case it's been delivered there. If not, give us a call on 0845 094 2271 or email giving us your name and postcode and we'll get straight back to you.
