great little pond,looks fab in our garden,it was delivered very quickly, PITY there wasent any fitting instructions,i sent 2 emails asking for some instructions to be sent,BUT still have not received any,3 weeks later,which is a pity because i would have rated it and your company 5 star!! (obviously we have now worked out how to put it together). Water features 2 go reply: We are sorry to hear about your issues. As we advised by email to you, we did ask the manufacturer to call you to talk you through installation. We are sorry that they did not do this. We are pleased you like your fountain and love the picture you have sent us!
