Once your parcel is shipped from our distribution centre you will automatically receive a tracking number to the email address you specified when placing your order. (please check any spam folder if you can not find this email.)

If you tracking number is anything different to this, unfortunately we are unable to offer tracking information here or by telephone. If you have received an email to advise that the item has been despatched, it will have been shipped out on a next working day delivery so should be with you the day after your email. Unless your item is over 31.5kg whereas the item will have been shipped out via pallet on a 2-3 day service. The pallet company will call to book in your delivery.
